Beginning in September, UUCJ will join Unitarian Universalist Congregations around the country in implementing Soul Matters monthly thematic exploration. By weaving each month’s theme into our worship, religious exploration, and small groups we will enable parents, children, and the whole church to engage in a spiritual journey together each month.

On Sunday, August 11th at a Special Congregational Meeting, the members of UUCJ voted to ordain Justin McCreary. A special ordination service will be held later this fall.
I was looking for a religiously liberal community where I would find support for living out my values without having to compromise my beliefs. I found that and so much more at UUCJ!
UUCJ has been home base for me for many years now. I’ve been able to provide leadership through many positions in the church. There are so many opportunities for personal and spiritual growth here.
