In music, art, flowers, spoken word, and singing, come celebrate Easter with us. We will hold our traditional Flower Communion service. In this ceremony, everyone brings a flower of their choosing and places it in shared vases on the altar. After the flowers are blessed, each person comes forward to select a different flower than the one they brought, appreciating the shared beauty and community in the exchange. Please bring a flower to share in this ritual.
After the service, we’ll have an Easter Egg Hunt and a potluck lunch. Visit the Perfect Potluck page to sign up to bring a dish.
Due to possible rain, the Easter service and potluck will be held in the UUJXN’s South Warehouse.
To park, enter the gate off West St. You can drop off passengers and food items at the warehouse then park up the hill. When you exit, drive through the large double gate onto Hartfield.
