This Sunday will be a very special service–or rather two special services. Rev. Shellie Poe, Safe Harbor Family Church, and Rev. Justin McCreary, UU Church of Jackson, will be reaching back into the shared histories of the Unitarian Universalism and United Church of Christ to commemorate the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. through a service swap. Sunday morning, Rev. Poe will be leading the service at UUCJ at 11:00 am. Sunday evening, Rev. Justin McCreary will lead the service at Safe Harbor Family Church UCC at 6:00 pm. Local dance troupe, Street to Rhythm will be performing.
