Last Sunday we began a time called Advent in the Christian Calendar. I did not grow up with Advent though I did grow up Christian, so over the years I have had to learn to explore it on my own. There are many themes in this season, but the one that speaks to me the most is waiting. It feels as though I am always waiting on something, but what I learned over time is that waiting, when done right, leads to awe. So, come out this Sunday and wait with me, for a new time is coming.
