Today we will hold a Bridging Ceremony, a ritual recognizing the transition of our children into the world of youth and of our youth into the world of young adulthood. Please join us in celebrating and honoring their journeys and our commitment to support them along the way!
This Sunday—Father’s Day—we will spend special time honoring the father-figures in our lives. Bring mementos, pictures, or other memories and come prepared to share at length during joys and concerns. I will bring a homily on personal reflections on Gay Pride and historical perspectives of being gay when it was REALLY not acceptable.
